Health & safety issues are of paramount importance and Data Tracking have a full health & safety procedures manual which is given to all employees and is available to the Authority upon request. Staff are encouraged to let us know immediately any issue that arises which compromises their health & safety and we have an out of hours helpline for Staff to report any such issues. All incident reports are thoroughly investigated and acted on by Data Tracking.
Data Tracking carry extensive public and employers liability insurance cover to protect us and our Clients and employees against injury or damage resulting from our work. The insurance has a cross liability clause to ensure that all Local Authorities are indemnified in the event of accident through our insurance rather than a possible claim on their own policy of insurance.
As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 all our employees now wear face masks when canvassing and are given hand sanitiser to use regularly when working. We fully adopt all Government recommendations when canvassing and our Staff are constantly monitored for symptoms of the Coronavirus and, in the unlikely event of a positive test, will be asked to self isolate. We take Coronavirus very seriously and are extremely careful to minimise all risks in this area.
